ISLAMABAD, Feb 09 (APP): Independent candidate Shazia Hayat has won the Punjab Assembly election from PP-225 Lodharan-I by securing 69,799 votes.
According to the unofficial result issued by the Returning Officer/ECP, her runner-up was Zawar Hussain Warraich of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), who bagged 62,698 votes.
Overall voters’ turn-out remained 57.77%.
